We do all of our own purchasing, why should we pay you to do it?

There are many benefits to using a specialist purchasing/procurement service. We spend all our time buying products and services, and gain valuable insight/contacts while doing so. By allowing us to take care of your requirements, you and your staff can concentrate on activities which are more valuable to your business. Our service will help improve your bottom line.

We operate in the public sector, and everyone buys there own items. What would be the benefit to us?

Public Sector organisations are governed by EU/UK Public Procurement Regulations. These regulations are very restrictive and easy to fall foul of. By allowing numerous people to buy products and services you are at a serious risk of being in breach of these regulations, which could lead to legal action, bad publicity and financial penalties. By using our service we will ensure your transactions are carried out in line with these regulations.Legal challenges are on the increase, especially in the education sector.

As we have a vast experience in the public sector, its very likely that your organisation will see better value and financial savings using the contracts we can put in place. An example of this would be a realistic saving of 15%-20% on your food and drink costs.

How can we be sure your service will save us money?

Nothing in this world is guaranteed, however it is extremely likely that you will save more money than we charge you. In fact, we will guarantee it. The service is therefore not going to cost your organisation anything, if you use the contracts we set up for you. We will also save your staff a great deal of time hunting for the best deal.
